Tom Kovach of the Constitution Party speaks out on Ballot-Access Reform and on one measure getting consideration in Tennessee. Like many other right-wing smaller parties, they proclaim pretty stridently how Republicans have become "democrat lite", as Mr. Kovach describes it. There's some measure of truth to that. With each passing election cycle, the number of issues on which Democrats and Republicans differ has narrowed, and the differences themselves are growing smaller.
